What is "Natto"?
Natto, made from soybeans, is a kind of Japanese traditional fermented food. By Adding the "Natto bacteria"(BacilLus subtilis var, natto) into boiled soybeans for fermenting, some white foam appears on the end products. There will be stick silks between Natto.
