10. Compensation conditions

19. Special condition
Should any part of this agreement be ineffective at any one point in time, it does not affect all other conditions proposed in this agreement.

20. Legal issues
Should the member have any conflict with Mately.com with the proposed conditions in this agreement, it will be carried out and settled by the legal procedures in the United States. All related district attorneys will be involved in all conflicts occurred.
